On one combo lock I was careless and she was able to figure out the combo from watching me. I'm wondering if she's figured out the lock on the refrigerator, though I've been trying to be careful.

I'm not sure what's motivating this. I have her therapist's email, so I think I'll email her and let her know what's going on. It could be control, it could be testing. I just wish she would put the cleverness and determination to work for something positive. Again, I'll post pictures, but there isn't a door on the kitchen, and it would be challenging to add one. The area is designed to be open.Reverend Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01726370034631635093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8598593770349608789.post-9120987646089197632011-02-19T00:57:32.916-05:002011-02-19T00:57:32.916-05:00She's determined, I'll give her that. An attempt to "prove" at least to herself, that you don't love her enough to keep her safe? I don't even know.

How incredibly frustrating for you. Can you put a door on kitchen itself? Door locks are quite a bit different than the locks you described for the cabinets.Kristinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12988396052848168103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8598593770349608789.post-79652424623778226372011-02-19T00:07:20.362-05:002011-02-19T00:07:20.362-05:00YIKES. (Though, wow, how did your daughter learn to pick locks in the first place??)

Hope things get better soon!Corinnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01200830011316788522noreply@blogger.com
